Detox and residential care in Colorado Springs.

Spring Grove Recovery provides medically supervised detox, residential treatment and medication-assisted treatment for men and women 18 and over, including care for co-occurring mental health conditions. Nursing is available 24/7, and admissions answers 24/7, 365 days a year. We are accredited by The Joint Commission and licensed by the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration.
