Visitation is on Fridays, with a psychoeducational group for visitors first. Here is when to come, where to park, how to pick up belongings, and who to call with a question.

Visitors come for the psychoeducational group first, then visitation. Plan for both.

Arrive

By 2:45 p.m.

All visitors must be here by this time, before the group begins.

A psychoeducational group for visitors, held before visitation.

Visitation

4:00–5:00 p.m.

Time with your loved one, right after the group.

All visitors attend the group before visitation. Professional visitors, such as peer coaches, are exempt from the group requirement.

Who can visit

Visitors come from an approved list.

Your loved one sets their visitation list together with their clinician. Visitors must be on that list. If you have a question about the list or the schedule, reach out to our visitation contact.

Parking for visitors

Spring Grove has an open parking lot shared with Children's Hospital. Visitors may park onsite in any available space.

Picking up belongings

Personal belongings can be picked up from the Intake Office in Building B during regular business hours.

Pharmacy

Spring Grove Recovery uses Continued Care Pharmacy. You can reach the pharmacy at 888.277.2132.

When are visiting hours at Spring Grove Recovery?
